§1. General provisions
- These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at www.atfpro.eu, hereinafter referred to as the „Website”.

The Website is of an informational, technical and business nature and serves in particular to:
- present Ravenol-branded devices for dynamic oil exchange,
- provide technical materials,
- maintain a knowledge base and training materials,
- provide user support,
- activate device warranties,
- manage tickets for assigned devices,
- handle technical tickets and support users,
- enable authorised users to purchase spare parts, adapters and accessories,
- enable authorised distributors to access dedicated functionalities,
- enable finding contact details of authorised distributors.
- Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
§2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
- Administrator – RAVENOL Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Starogard Gdański, ul. Chojnicka 61, 83-200 Starogard Gdański, Poland. REGON: 220627540. - Website – the online platform available at www.atfpro.eu.
- User – a natural person acting on behalf of an automotive workshop or an entrepreneur, holding an account on the Website.
- Distributor – an authorised business partner with extended access to the Website's resources.
- Account – an individual profile enabling the use of the Website's features.
- Technical Materials – oil exchange procedures, service procedures, instructions, technical documentation and other materials available on the Website.
- Knowledge Base – the section of the Website containing technical and instructional materials.
§3. Scope of services provided by electronic means

The Website enables:
- device activation,
- purchase of adapters,
- technical help/support,
- device management,
- browsing information about ATF Professional devices,
- access to descriptions of ATF Professional device models,
- registration and login of users,
- use of the knowledge base,
- access to technical materials,
- contact with device distributors,
- submission of requests for quotation.
- The scope of access to content depends on the type of account.

A User Account includes:
- access to oil exchange procedures,
- access to selected technical materials,
- device activation,
- sending a request for a quotation for adapters,
- the ability to contact distributors.

A Distributor Account additionally includes:
- access to service procedures,
- extended technical documentation,
- display of the page presenting spare parts,
- service ticket/technical support,
- training and service materials,

The Administrator reserves the right to:
- change the scope of functionalities,
- add new services,
- restrict access to selected resources,
- The Administrator reserves the right to periodically carry out technical, maintenance, update or modernisation works, which may cause temporary restrictions in access to the Website or selected functionalities thereof.
- The Administrator reserves the right to change the content of the Website, including updating, supplementing, modifying or removing technical materials, training materials, articles, instructions, knowledge bases and other content made available on the Website.
§4. Registration and account maintenance
- Using selected features of the Website requires setting up an Account. To create an account, go to https://atfpro.eu/register/ and fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk, then accept the terms of service and click the „Register” button.
- The User has the right to delete the account by logging in to it and then selecting the „Delete account” option in the Client Panel. Data concerning the device and its warranty period remain in the system for the purpose of any potential warranty processing of the device during the warranty term.

Registration requires:
- providing true data,
- accepting the Terms of Service,
- creating an access password.

The Administrator may require:
- verification of business activity,
- confirmation of employment at an automotive workshop,
- Distributor authorisation.

The User and the Distributor are obliged to:
- keep login credentials confidential,
- not share the account with third parties,
- keep their data up to date,
- use the Website in accordance with the law, including not interfering with the operation of the website and not infringing the copyrights vested in the Administrator.

The Administrator has the right to block/delete an account or withdraw permissions in the event of:
- breach of the Terms of Service,
- suspicion of unauthorised access,
- making materials available to unauthorised persons,
- the distributor losing its status as an official Ravenol distributor or ceasing distribution of the ATF Professional device,
- actions that compromise the security of the Website.
- The User bears sole responsibility for content published, transmitted or made available via the Website.

It is prohibited to publish, transmit or make available content that is:
- contrary to applicable law;
- infringing the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights, industrial property rights, personal rights or the right to the protection of personal data;
- defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or inciting to violence;
- constituting fraud, being misleading or capable of serving the commission of a prohibited act;
- containing malicious software or other solutions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website.
- The User may report to the Administrator content that they consider to be unlawful.
- Reports may be made via the form available on the Website or by electronic means to the address: support@atfpro.eu

A report should contain:
- data enabling identification of the reported content, in particular the URL or other information allowing it to be unambiguously located;
- a justification indicating why the reporting party considers the content to be unlawful;
- the first name and surname or the name of the reporting party and a contact e-mail address, except in cases where the report concerns information related to offences specified in the provisions of law.
§5. Rules for using technical materials

The technical materials available on the Website are of the following nature:
- informational,
- technical,
- instructional,
- training.
- Oil exchange procedures and service procedures should be carried out solely by persons with appropriate technical qualifications.
- The Administrator exercises due diligence to ensure that the materials are current and correct; however, it does not guarantee their completeness or suitability for all vehicle models.

The User undertakes to verify, on each occasion:
- the vehicle manufacturer's specifications,
- technical parameters,
- the compliance of the procedures with the manufacturers' current guidelines.

The Administrator shall not be liable for:
- incorrect performance of procedures,
- damage resulting from improper use of devices,
- incorrect technical diagnosis,
- use of materials inconsistent with their intended purpose.
§6. Distributors' contact details

The Website may make available the contact details of Distributors in order to enable Users to:
- obtain a commercial offer,
- purchase devices,
- obtain service support.

The Administrator shall not be liable for:
- the content of offers presented by Distributors,
- commercial terms,
- the quality of services provided by Distributors,
- the fulfilment of orders by Distributors.
- Agreements concluded between a User and a Distributor are concluded outside the Website and the Administrator is not a party to them.
§7. Intellectual property
- All rights to the Website and its elements belong to the Administrator or the respective rights holders.

The following are protected in particular:
- texts,
- photographs,
- graphics,
- instructions,
- procedures,
- technical documentation,
- the layout of the Website.

Without the Administrator's prior written consent, it is prohibited to:
- copy materials,
- publish materials,
- distribute documentation,
- make procedures available to third parties.
- The Ravenol brand and other trade marks belong to their lawful owners.
- Using the Website does not result in the User acquiring any intellectual property rights to the content made available on the Website.
- The User is entitled to use the materials made available on the Website solely for their own internal use and to the extent consistent with the purpose of the Website, unless the Administrator has expressly indicated a different scope of permitted use.
- In the event of an infringement of intellectual property rights related to the content made available on the Website, the Administrator may take all measures provided for by law to protect its rights or the rights of third parties.
§8. Liability of the Administrator
- The Administrator exercises due diligence to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and the currency and reliability of the information published.

The Administrator does not guarantee:
- continuous availability of the Website,
- the absence of technical interruptions,
- compatibility with every device or browser.

The Administrator shall not be liable for:
- technical interruptions,
- loss of data caused by the User's actions,
- the consequences of unauthorised access to the account,
- damage resulting from the use of technical materials,
- loss of data caused by the actions of third parties, force majeure or failures of ICT infrastructure independent of the Administrator;
- acts or omissions of third parties whose services are used in the provision of services by electronic means,
- the consequences of third parties coming into possession of the User's Account password,
- use of the Website by Users that is inconsistent with the provisions of these Terms of Service,
- loss of data caused by hardware or system failure, malfunction of the Internet network or other circumstances beyond the Administrator's control,
- errors, mistakes or untrue information in content published by users.
- The User uses the Website at their own risk and is obliged to independently assess the suitability of the information made available for the planned technical, service or business activities.
§9. Personal data and privacy

Personal data are processed in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
- the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means,
- the Privacy Policy of the Website.

The Administrator processes data solely to the extent necessary to:
- maintain user accounts,
- ensure the operation of the Website,
- contact users,
- ensure the security of the Website,
- handle requests for quotation.
- Detailed information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
§9a. Newsletter
- The Administrator may provide Users with a Newsletter service consisting of the periodic electronic transmission of information concerning the Administrator's activities, product news, technical materials, training, industry events, knowledge base updates and other information related to the subject matter of the Website.
- Use of the Newsletter service is voluntary and requires the User to provide an e-mail address and to give the relevant consents required by applicable law.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter means concluding an agreement for the provision of a service by electronic means consisting in the delivery of the Newsletter.
- The Newsletter may contain informational, educational, technical, promotional and marketing content concerning products, services, training and events offered by the Administrator or its business partners.
- The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without giving a reason by sending an appropriate request to the Administrator's e-mail address support@atfpro.eu.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter is tantamount to termination of the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service with immediate effect.
- The Administrator may post on the Website information about new products, devices, services, technical materials, training, promotions, industry events and other news related to the activities of the Website.
- The information referred to in section 7 may be presented in particular on the Website's home page, the user account or other sections of the Website intended for communication with Users.
- The detailed rules for the processing of personal data related to the Newsletter service are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
§10. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website should be sent to: support@atfpro.eu

A complaint should contain:
- the data of the person making the complaint,
- a description of the problem,
- the date the problem occurred.
- The Administrator examines complaints without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

A complaint should contain:
- data identifying the User, in particular the first name and surname or company name and an e-mail address;
- a description of the reported irregularities;
- the date the problem occurred;
- the User's request, if formulated.
- In order to streamline the complaint-handling process, the User should, where possible, attach information enabling identification of the problem, in particular screenshots, error messages or other materials documenting the reported irregularities.
- The Administrator informs the User of the manner in which the complaint has been resolved by e-mail or in another manner corresponding to the manner in which the complaint was submitted.
§11. Amendments to the Terms of Service

The Administrator has the right to amend the Terms of Service in the event of:
- changes in the law,
- development of the Website's functionalities,
- organisational or technical changes.
- The current version of the Terms of Service is published on the Website.
- Using the Website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
- Using the Website after the date on which the amendments to the Terms of Service enter into force constitutes acceptance of their amended content.
§12. Final provisions
- These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.

In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
- the provisions of the GDPR,
- the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means;
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR);
- Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Single Market for Digital Services (DSA).
- Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be settled by the court competent for the registered office of the Administrator, unless the provisions of law provide otherwise.
- These Terms of Service enter into force on 1 July 2026.
- If any provision of these Terms of Service proves to be invalid, ineffective or unenforceable on the basis of a final court judgment or a decision of a competent authority, this shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service.
- In place of provisions found to be invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
- These Terms of Service apply for an indefinite period.
- An integral part of these Terms of Service is formed by the documents to which they refer, in particular the Privacy Policy, provided that such documents have been made available by the Administrator.
